Decaf Italian Roast
Only by careful attention by our master roaster throughout the entire decaffeination process, have we successfully maintained the distinct character of this darkest of all roasts. To achieve the Italian roast, the beans are roasted beyond the usual stages causing them to develop a unique, smoky flavor. Roasting them a second longer would burn the coffee. The strength of the Italian roast is a delicate acquisition. The result is a distinctive cup of syrupy texture, hints of spice, and a licorice finish. Swiss-Water Processed.
